They don't even deserve 1 star. We ordered our windows in June and was told they would be here the middle of August and we didn't get them til October 6th. A guy came out to put the windows in and we were told he would be at our house at 8am he didn't show u till noon and only had 7 of our 20 windows in. He came back on Friday and had put in 6 windows and he is back now on Saturday to install 8 more windows, he didn't get here till a little after 12 and he only got 2 windows in and is calling it a day. He says he is coming back on Sunday to finish the rest of what is left. I DO NOT recommend Windows World and if I would have known it would take 4 days to put windows in I would have went with someone local.
If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered windows on 9/26/17. It is now 12/11/17, and we still don't have the windows. No calls or communication from Window World, unless I called them. They say there aren't enough installers and can't get to us until January 2018. They cashed my down payment check on Sept. 26. I do not recommend this company.
